Didn’t want to start a new thread when I’m sure plenty of you in here could answer. Could someone please confirm that you can play audio from both the usb in the arm rest and the sd Card from the glovebox?

Here you go. Slightly dirty now... Getting it ceramic coated in a couple of weeks though.

I think the black styling pack suits the dark blue, they go really well. Plus I love the black grille on th front. In the end it's personal preference, my last car an a3 was chrome so wanted a change.

Here’s mine after it was ceramic coated.... funny, people have thought at night it was black, mornings and eve it’s a blue, daytime it’s deep purple... it’s a colour of many colours...

I have, but I couldn’t see where it said if there was a benefit to one over the other. Like if only album art loaded from SD and not usb for example. But thanks.

I had black pack on my S3 in Sepang Blue so went the other way and had the chrome on the S4, both look great IMO and down to personal choice and just changing things up a bit : )

Looks good, I'll probably get my chrome bits wrapped now. Currently got an SQ5 in Sepang blue with black pack so it's pretty similar, I think that's why I didn't spec the black at first.

Out of curiosity how much is your ceramic coating costing you?

They vary. These ones have hankook Ventus sp 2 on.

Tell me about it. It wasn’t intentional.

Near my house there is that lane, and it’s surrounded by fields and I thought it would be a nice location for some photos. It’s tarmaced and clean with no dirt or puddles or big potholes for the first few car lengths and it’s a dead end leading to somewhere that hardly ever gets used so I planned on stopping before the tarmac ran out.

No sooner had I taken a handful of snaps, the guy who owns the place pulls in and starts driving towards me. So I have to jump in and drive about 2mph all the way down this 500m (at least) pot hole ridden dirt track with him right behind me in his 4x4. Needless to say I wasn’t too chuffed but it was my own fault for choosing a private lane to do the snaps in. Lesson learned.

I wanted to Pirelli’s with the massive rim protectors built into the tyre. They look awesome. But the Hankooks seem like good tyres and have a decent rim protector.

Yeah I've found them to be ok, certainly will not replace them until they are worn out. Got a while to go as, at 6200 miles, they are not worn at all...
