To be fair I was on holiday when I started negotiating the deal and they found me the car, then so busy with work when I got back I was so disorganized with the purchase I’m lucky I didn’t arrive on collection day and find out it was pink! The dealer I collected from are 100 miles from me so I didn’t get the chance to see it beforehand either.

The color is great so I’m sure you’ll be happy with it. When does yours arrive?
I am glad I chose Manhattan now, looks really good. Mine is due Monday/Tuesday, the salesman is trying for Monday but its a big maybe. I've told him I can wait another day, he's been really good.

I saw a bright orange one on a transporter yesterday but I was driving so couldn’t get a picture. It looked really good, however I’m not sure I would be too keen to drive around in it. :D

Yeah, certainly were some filters but even the unfiltered one looks good I think!

Looks good with the black optics pack, don’t think I’d like it with the normal chrome accents though...

Here is mine, collected this morning. I'll need to get some better pictures of it outside.
Stunning!! The more I see Navarra Blue with the chrome trim the more I think that is the current ultimate exterior spec to go with!!!

Ah, hahaha, still searching. It's hard to find the right spec car at the right price with right mileage! I'm either going to have to compromise more, play the long game, or go new and get what I want. It's Euromillions tonight isn't it????

You are doing the right thing @GaryP. I am sure the right car will come, winning a Euromillions might change your search criteria. It will be an RS6 then :)

Loving the black pack on the white paint. Would appreciate further pics in better light conditions if you have them.

So finally collected the new car , S-Line in Manhattan Grey with a few toys on it. Had a few delays but got free paint protection, key ring and mug to make up for it. Makes my old SE look a bit plain. Better pics to follow.

Congrats! It looks awesome!!!
Cheers mate, the Manahattan Grey does look different in the sun, really pleased with it, car is a smooth as silk to drive and goes very well.
Nice mate, what toys did you add on?
Vc? What’s it like
Cheers mate, no VC but got folding mirrors, storage pack, extended LED. Wanted the 190ps engine so had to skimp a little on the extras so chose what I really wanted as apposed to what I could get. Quite pleased with the standard kit on the S-Line though particularly the heated seats (leather/alcantara) 7" DIS, aluminium inlays to name a few. The MMI seems to be a bit crisper too.

Got these pics of my car sent to me from the dealer today. I know it’s not all shiny and sparkly but I just wanted to share! Was hoping for Pirelli’s with the big lips but ended up with Hancook tyres. Now the long wait until 23rd November!!

Why is the wait so long if it's at your dealer already? 6 weeks seems cruel!

Current lease doesn’t end until 27th November and my car isn’t being collected until 25th. So picking it up on 23rd.

Yeah. It’s cruel. I know. :(

She is just the rep. She was just taking the pictures for me. But she can gladly fiddle with my gear stick. If you know what I mean. Wink wink. Nudge nudge. Hahaha. :D

Sorry. :/

Although she hasn’t taken a picture of the rear of the car. And I mentioned in a previous post I was convinced they didn’t do the badge deletion. So we’ll see.

Looks great.

@Daggerit, any chance of a pic of yours from the same angle? :d

This is about as good as you’ll get just now I’m afraid! Might get some more later for you though.

What did you use to black out the badges? Plastidip or are they replacements? Have you done the front too? Could I see a pic please if you have?

The rear one I did myself. Some fine grit sandpaper, etching primer and then some gloss black. Came out god actually, just make sure that it’s not totally flat on a surface so you can spray right round the edges otherwise you may miss bits.

I was going to get the front badge wrapped but he had issues with it popping back up so he didn’t want to leave it on and have it look bad. Don’t mind having the one piece of chrome on the car though...

I’m tempted to plastidip both mine. The rear should be really easy as you just mask it off and spray it and the overspray just peels off after it’s dry leaving it just on the badge. And I’ve bought a badge removel kit from China (37 pence delivered. lol) and it looks quite easy to remove. Although I’m concerned it may just look like the badge is missing if I black the front one out.

Yeah, I had a black front badge on my B8.5 and didn’t like it as it was completely lost so had to change it for the standard one.

Are those rear lights tinted too?

No, they look really far though don’t they?! Must’ve just been low light when I took the photo, or an odd angle.
