Sweet I was messaging Keegan on facebook about convoying up there as he's picking someone up in Swindon but i'll be leaving early to help set up the stand. I'll have to keep my eye out for everyone, I'll be on the S3 UK Owners Group stand

Currently minus its roof cloth as it’s away getting recovered. Serviced and new ball joint fitted today.

Hi everyone! I'm Juan (Giovanni in Italiano) from Buenos Aires, Argentina living in Italy. I moved here with my wife the previous semester and yesterday got the chance to "borrow/buy" this A3 8L 1.6 Ambiente 2001 with 100.000km from friends. I've made 450km from Toscana to take it to Lombardia to the surrounds of Bergamo.
I only have 2 photos yet (the profile and the one before leaving Toscana). But more is yet to come, mostly because I need to do several things in order to get it where I want It to be. And I think this forum will be a big foundation for its success.
Don't know if this thread is also for introducing myself, if not, feel free to remove the post. I'm an industrial designer, mid-thirties and if some of you can also speak Spanish or Italian, I could respond without a problem.

8L A3 2004 1.8T 180hp APP engine.
I made swap from 032S to 032HN ECU (narrowband to wideband)
Swap from 02J EXE gearbox to 02Q KNU 6spd gearbox
2.0L stroker with forged piston and rods (now I'm building an 07K 2.5 to swap it)
Front 345mm discs with 4pot calipers
Rear 288mm discs with S3 8L calipers
Have installed 3DcolorMFD
Dreaming with an ignitronecu.

My A3 8l 2006 (Yeah, here in Brazil it was being sold until 2006)

It was original 150hp version, but now it has almost 350hp

Turbo compressor was replaced by a k24 model, all fuel line received upgrade also and it’s all working controlled by a Fueltech ECU
