Post Pics Of Your A3/S3 8v In Here

Finally got my BBS CH-R's on the S3. Running 225 width for a nice stretch and accurate speedo. The car feels so much firmer and nimble. Next to get a drop on... It's a tad high!

Yep 19 x 8.5j ET48 BBS CH-R. They work so well with Sepang Blue on the S3 I had to have them! They retail new at £2250 for this set up, with tyres (Vredestein ultrac vorti). Think they would look mega on yours too.... Do it! :)

I used to have the ultrac vorti's on my previous car, thought they were really good. Be interested to see what u think of them on the s3 in a few weeks.

Will report back. They feel so much better than the conti's but that isn't hard to do!

Very tempted. Maybe in black? What have you done with your standard wheels?

Looks the business, they def go best with the blue. You still set on the B8s + springs, or will you give the coilovers a shot?

Hahaha I know! I've had them since January! I got the car in July and then went on holiday and this is the first weekend I've had to wash the bloomin car.

I was meant to go for some B8's but awesome never rang me back and I don't feel like chasing them to give them money. I've just installed control 4 at home for the TV's so it's time to save a bit for the billies... Just a matter of which ones

I would definitely go black with viper green! You're more than welcome to see how mine look on yours if you're ever in North Yorkshire! My stock wheels are washed and put away in these...

I might take you up on that offer matey. Will they stay in the storage bags until you sell the car or will they be your winter wheels?

Hi Guys picked up my S3 saloon from Bristol Audi on Tuesday and went straight to Exclusive car care vehicle detailing specialist. What a tranformation. Justin at Exclusive is extremlley skilled at detailing and I was more than impressed with what he did with my car. Photos hopefully are below. Gtechniq Crystal Serum applied to the car. I can not recommend this guy enough.

Does anyone know if Gtechniq Crystal Serum is available to public as opposed to having to get applied by a detailer? If not, what's the next best quartz style sealant that I can apply myself?

Give CarPro Cquartz a look mate. I've got their Dlux wheel coating on my A3 and it's incredible. Nothing sticks to them, and cleaning is as simple as just hitting the wheels with the pressure washer.

Really easy to work with if you follow the instructions and take your time!

Next best thing to the crystal serum would be the Gtechniq C1+EXO2 a awesome combination probably the best on the market for the novice detailer, but make sure you apply this kit indoors or in the shade on a warm day as each application takes up to 4 hours to fully cure.

Yeah, I watched a YouTube clip of the Gtechniq guys apply Exo and it looks good. But Cyrstal Serum looks the dogs. What did the guy on here apply? He posted pics of his car and it looked mint!

I had them on my A3, great tyres, but got discernably more noisy after 5k miles.

Don't know yet. I fancy keeping my BBS tidy so probably off when the salt appears on the roads! Storage bags are great though. Can stack the wheels properly fully protected!

Some micro beading from this morning. This pic sums up the colour spectrum of Sepang, rich blue to a powdery violet.

Love these wheels - had a set on my R32. Will look even better when dropped - I had H&R Sport springs and it was bang on.
