would 19x10 et60 porsche rims fit with pcd adaptors on the rear of a s3???

im running 19x9 et35 with 20mm spacers at the moment on the rear!!!!

if they do im going to be very unhappy i have just bought 19x8.5 porche rims lol

pcb adaptor size??

and you trying to fit them on the front or rear or are they the same size all round??

same size all round mate been told to get 25mm adapters all round

well yeah mate without hub adaptors the wheels aint guna fit

ours stud pattern is 5x100 and need to convert it to 5x130..

i think 19x10 on a et60 will fit with 40/45mm adaptors but not 100% sure.

as mine 19x9 with 20mm spacers = a et of 15/et15

and the 19x10 et60 with 45mm adaptors = a et of 15/et15

correct me if im wrong??

mate i am lost when it comes to all this wheel stuff thats why i went for 8.5 allround i would prefer 10's at the rear and i bet now some1 says they will
fit which would be just my luck

personaly i tink 19x10 will fit :icon_thumright:
if your a vw man you must of seen mk4 golfs with 10j porsche wheels on??
if they can fit them 100% they will fit s3s as the s3 has wider arches..:rockwoot:

i came from the rs seen lol never seen them that wide before but if they fit on the golf mk4 cnt see why they wont fit the s3 same platform and like you say s3 is wider

thats funny mate i came from the same scene..lol

i still have a escort rs turbo parked in the garage...

1800 zvh cossie managment the ********...:icon_thumright:

So, does anyone know for sure if the 10" wide rears will fit? And if they fit, will the difference in wheel width front to back affect the Haldex or anything like that?
I'd be very interested to know and even more interested to see pics of anyone's car with 10" wide Porsche rears.

I don't know 100% sure if they will fit, but if you can get 9" rims on the rear with ET35, then on 10" rim, ET20 offset will clear the suspension easily, then it's just a case of getting the correct tyre, with a bit of stretch, to match the rolling radius of the fronts, so you don't upset the Haldex system. I'm pretty sure the S3 rear arches out the box can take 255 section tyres without scrubbage.

I'd like some pics of your current 19X9's though, and the 19x10s when you get them fitted!

:icon_thumright: sure will put up pictures up of 19x9s on my car at the moment with 235/35/19 tyres...
im thinking of a 225/35's or 235/35's on the 10x19....
for a strech look...:rockwoot:
