Hi folks....complete novice to the detailing scene. Just wondering if anyone out there using Poorboys Products. Are they any good? Thanks...Mark

Depends what you are using them for and what products you want to order? Their alloy wheel sealant is excellent, Poorboys Blackhole for darker cars is very good. Their XP Sealant is V.G and easy to use and their swirl remover is good. Unless you are getting a deal on them there are plenty other good products out there.

I currently use their Blue Natty Paste wax and highly recommend it! Still to use their other products though.

There wheel sealant is ok
Won't be getting any more put it that way!
Smells nice but pink and does not last too long.
Currently on the hunt for better

Can the swirl remover be applied by hand or is it better to machine? Car is 2003. Do i clay it before or after using the Swirl remover? Thanks..

Clay the car before swirl removing. The G3 Clay mitt gets good reviews but I prefer to use proper clay. Swirl remover best used with a DA. By hand will take you a life time!

Used the blackhole and it's great with a DA, my first go with it:

Impressive....are you going to use a sealer over it now or leave as it is?

I went over it with Farecla G3 super gloss paste wax.

You won't easily remove swirls by hand, black hole is a glaze that hides the swirls and is very good

I use red and blue natty paste and the wheel sealant.
I won't bother with the wheel sealant again though.
