Poor radio reception (which plug)

hi guys just changed my standard rnse to a pioneer sph-da120 headunit and now I'm only receiving crappy radio 4 using the wiring I was supplied!

Which of these plugs is radio and which is the standard gps as they may have sent the wrong adaptor?

Unplug one and see. How was the reception before?

That's the back of my old stereo but in using the blue atm as I had a single connector but wondering if I should Have been sent a double to use the White one!

I would assume the yellow/white one being a double fakra plug as you will have 2 radio antennas.
