Well Ive owned the car (2.0fsi n/a) for about 4 months now and Ive seen it drop from 40 to 32 MPG over long journeys. Im thinking it may be to do with the colder weather but not sure that it would effect it this much. Ive checked air filter and that seems ok. Ive been trying to find the MAF in this car but for the life of me I cant seem to spot it, does it even have one? I havnt seen any drop in performance. I have checked the oil and that looks black.
Any ideas if the colder weather should make such a difference in MPGs? Also would I benifit economy wise from an oil change, and oil filer change?
