Polo again

Looks like the thrust release bearing (?) is wearing on the Polo - I can get a clutch kit for approx £60 but does anyone know what labour times are at a garage for this? I know my local garage charge £40ph so trying to get a rough idea before giving them a call.

I assume its the release bearing as when the clutch is not pressed getting a real chatter noise when not in gear or clutch pressed in noise goes, if I put my foot slightly on the clutch then the noise changes sound (if that makes sense)

you should be able to get a clutch around that area
3hrs labour should cover you dependant on model/year
beware that if early polo they did suffer from gearboxes
