Pollen/Cabin Filter Change

oh, thanks.
I think im going to change mine before the weather changes.

I don't think Audi supplied me the correct filter as looking online the charcoal one seems to be black(er) to start with and I believe Audi gave me the non-charcoal one hence why it's white.

Will be taking it back on Monday and refitting.

That second filter looks very clean. Looks dirty but thats how charcoal ones are.

Yep only realised that after looking online. I rang them this afternoon and they apologized and will replace it with the charcoal one on Monday.

They got the part from my VIN though, maybe lifted the wrong one of the shelf.

I had my b8 a4 serviced by audi and they fitted a white pollen filter so is there much of a difference between a white one and the charcoal one maybe just cheaper for them to use the white one?
