You should always seal or wax (or both) after polish.

wax then seal or seal then wax?

Seal then wax, you shouldn't need to polish every wash. Just top up on the wax if need be

I use the Smart Polish Pro waterless wash and wax and it works very well for me. They also give you a free mic fibre cloth with each 500ml purchased. (Only cleaned the bumper in this image)
