You know I really detest statements like this, I'm sure it has its problems like any other major city but it's certainly not like the snapshot you get from a tv program. In fact I've never seen a single car chase and I live 3 miles from the city centre.
I'd agree the standard of driving by a small minority is atrocious. But having managed to live here for 52 years, I've never had any issues driving any of my
cars around the streets.
