Picked up my new S3

So yesterday I picked up my new (to me) car. Its a 2017 S3 black edition finished in Audi Exclusive Turqoise mica metallic. I'll be honest, I wasn't looking to buy a car until I stumbled across this one on the Audi approved used site.
Now I'm a die hard 3 door fan so it was sad news when Volkswagen/Audi announced that production had ceased on 3 door models. Generally speaking, I find the majority of 3 door 8V's quite poorly specced in comparison to the sportback variants. So when I found this car, it actually ticked all my boxes of which there are just three.
1. 3 door (obviously)
2. Good spec
3. Facelift
The car came equipped with the following:
Black edition trim
Supersport seats
Power folding mirrors
Side assist
Lane assist
ACC
Pre-sense
High beam assist
Rear camera
Front/rear OPS
Red calipers
Puddle lights
Illuminated door sills
B&O sound system
19" wheels/Mag ride
Tech pack (virtual cockpit, wireless charging etc)

I'm absolutely over the moon with it, so without further ado, here are a few pictures.

Hate the way manufacturers are stopping making 3 door versions, I just bought a brand new A35 AMG and I think it looks fantastic but 3 door version would have been even better.

The way VW did it was proper sneaky. The 3 door Golf R only had a fraction of the options available to the 5 door model. This meant that peeps who like to spec their cars up were forced into buying the 5 door version or be stuck with their preferred 3 door in pauper spec. Result was 5 door sales rose, 3 door sales dropped and VW had a perfect excuse for canning the 3 door.

I am also a die hard 3dr fan, every hatch I've owned has been 3dr. Congrats on the new car, it's certainly a beauty.

As promised, here are a few more pictures of the S3. It's somewhat frustrating taking photo's as the colour doesn't seem to come out right. In person there's more of a green tint to the colour. Maybe it's because I'm taking it with my phone but oh well, these will have to suffice for now.

The golf r is a beautiful car in both 3 & 5 door variants, but I couldn't ever imagine getting the golf r over an s3 personally, even though they're the same or very similar underneath
