Phone not available 2008-A4

Hi all wonder if you can help my phone was working fine but got in the car this morning and it says telephone not available, I use iPhone6 and the car is an A4 2008 model new shape.

Try pairing the phone again or do a default reset through the MMI and see what happens.

Thank you do you know how to do the default reset, I tried to pair the phone again but it doesn't even see the phone.

That look like an old B8 A4, most likely issue is the Bluetooth module has failed and needs replacing.

here is something to try which worked for another member with same problem switch your iphone into aeroplane mode then unselect it turn back on your bluetooth and see if that cures your problem did the other guys . Hope this helps
