Passenger Near Side door card removal.

As the post title reads I need to remove my rear nearside passenger door trim as some muppet has put a dent in the door panel and I want to remove it from the inside. There are guides on front door trim/card removal but not rear. Is the rear the same process as the front? Any help would be appreciated.

Took panel off, no joy as expected door is double skinned so unable to get at dent from the inside :-( Next step sink plunger and if all that fails smart repairer!
