Passenger front and rear doors not unlocking.

Apologies if this has been posted already.

Having trouble with my 57 plate Sportback. 80% of the time both passenger side doors do not unlock via the remote, but when you open from the inside they work again fine until you lock the car again.

Anybody had an issue like this before? Just seems strange that when the front door doesn't work, the rear is the same.

Check the wiring from the door to chassis.
If not be the door lock/s

As Lee says, check the rubber hinge for broken wires, if not then new locks.

I've fixed these many times tbh & its usually locks.

It will be justcoincidence about the front and the back playing up together.
I would not wait too long before having it investigated as sometimes they lock but then do not unlock from the inside. Then you have a right game as the door trim is in the way.

100% true, can cost allot more then to repair.

Change the battery in your remote! Worth a shot for a few quid. Mine did this too but only on one of my keys. New battery and bingo, works fine. First thing it started doing before was it would lock fine, but not unlock from the remote.

Edit - sorry mate just read it again, you've got only 2 doors playing up, will be a wiring or earth issue likely.
