Passenger door trim

Hello would anyone be able to help as to how i can repair this, cover it up, or take to get it repaired?

if you take off the doorcard, you can unscrew that part and replace it.
part number is 8P3867173 but very expensive. however if you find someone on ebay selling a cheap doorcard, or listing the part as "a3 passenger side door armrest" etc you can get them about 20 quid

Thank you for that, I will take a look on ebay, do you know if part 8P3867373 A would fit?

Unable to find the exact part on there a lot of them are coming back at £140
 
thank you i will look to see if i can see a leather one anywhere
youve already got the leather doorcard, the armrest is the same on your original and the one i linked to.
you simply swap the armrest part over.
