Part compatibility

Can anyone tell me wether the wiper Stalk from an 05 A3 is the same as the 08. I believe the part number is [FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']8P0 953 519 A 9B9 [/FONT]

Just checked Ekta, it suggests this will be ok for cars from 2004-2008

yeah, my 04 and 07 A3s had the same stalk. The DIS functionality has changed though, but I don't think the stalk plays a part in this.

the only difference i know of is the intermittant wipe part of it is slightly different.
