As above please.
I cant find it under the Fuses in the boot.
Does anyone actually know where it's located?
New one waiting to go in !
Nothing on google, all about A6's.
Thanks Guys.

A6 and A7 are generally identical in electronics and (most) of the interior. The body shell is the main difference.
Find a similar aged A6 and you should be good to go :rockwoot:

Its behind the luggage compartment side trim on the right hand side.
To remove;
Open side cap in luggage compartment
Its held down with either a retaining frame on the bottom or just nuts, remove these
Remove plug, wiggle and its out.

Thanks guys, but I cant find it there. There is a fusebox and a Tracker.
Cant feel anything under the fuses.
I've only removed the cubby hole. Maybe all of the right hand trim needs to come out?

I've been told its definitely under the fuses.
Would anyone know how to remove the fusebox?
Thanks

OK, had an Endoscope down that side of the car, under the fuses and found nothing.
Would anyone know of a link so I can strip out the trim?
(Or maybe another Audi forum that has more traffic, seems a bit slow on here unfortunately).
I'm worried about wrecking my mint car! But I know the ECU must be somewhere?
Thanks

make sure it aint your rear pads low or sticking caliper slides causing p brake faults
i had intermittent p brake failures and warnings on my dash and thought i had to get an actuator but not had a problem since renewing pads and discs and winding back the actuators via the software, its all happy and no excess play or seizure

Thanks for your help.
I had a new Caliper/Motor fitted last year with new pads.
It went in last week for a full investigation.
No faults found in motors wiring or either caliper.
New Control Unit fitted,
No problems since, 2 year warranty on job.
It needed coding in, so I couldn't have done it even if I could have found the Unit!
Part, 2 hours Labour and VAT came to £424
Ouch!
