Hi there,

I have spent the day painting my inlet manifold and charge pipe on my s3,
They are both all painted and touch dried.
I used some heat resistant stove paint which has done the trick and looks great !, It says on the tin to leave untill touch dry and then heat to cure it .

Now am i better of just slamming it back on the car and taking it for a drive to get the temperature up and bake it on ?.

I can't really get away with using my mums oven if im honest lol..

yeah just be carfull fitting the parts though as the paint will be very soft although dry to touch, its not like normal paint stuff that needs to be heat cured tends to be super soft but solid once heated through a cycle. did similar with some crackle paint the other week was soft to start with now its super strong
