Hello my one touch doesn’t always work, I’ve tried the “learning process” which is a temporary fix, but when I press the button down sometimes it just stops and doesn’t go down, if I press it gently it goes down fine.. this is only when using the drivers controls, is this likely just a new switch panel or something more complex?

Does depend on how long you press the button for, short press for all the way down or up, slightly longer for moving the glass short distances, you'll get used to it.
Just switch it off, that's what I did was getting annoyed with the windows deciding to go up then back down. Now just hold the button down the was I want the window to go.
I believe if the window is tight can cause issues. Have you swapped the window regulator recently?
