Can anyone help me here?
I had a new oil level sensor, oil and filter changed and it's leak free and I still get this error message..
What could it be?

As @jimmcgee said, was the wire on the pressure switch that was broken. I got it fixed the day after I found it..
And yeah. The oil level sensor was a genuine one. My car is a a4 b6 1.9 tdi 130 brake
