Help Please Oil Pressure Regulator Valve

2.0t engine ...
How can I remove and replace this part ...
I have a new one, but I can't seem to undo he electrical connector without breaking it.
And then what tool will I need?
Pics and advice would help, thanks.

I got it!
I undid the T30 bolt, slid the regulator out a short way, then I could unclip the electrical connector, and slide the regulator out the rest of the way.
I slid the new one in just a bit, fed the T30 bolt into the holder, lined it up and tightened the bolt.
Then it was simple to plug the connector back in.
Oil pressure is better than it ever was.
