My oil level screen has started showing fault intermittently instead of the oil level guage, anyone else had this?

Oops, take the car in, mine has been fine yours might be just a sensor failure but diagnostics should pick up a fault code...

There are no other faults showing and when the gauge works, oil is at 2/3 level. Guess I will take it in shortly. Might put a drop of oil in to see if it helps :)

As I said, possible sensor issue, a fault code reader might pick it up..

Be careful tuning into Capital - some of the so-called music they play is known to damage sensors.

It's no worse than what the kids play from the usb :)

You allow kids in your A4, what sacrilege is this?

No choice, but they are well trained. Seriously they love writing recognition on the MMI wheel and being dj, and also choosing the colours for the interior LEDS at night. Mum's car is not cool enough, they always want to go in the A4!
