oil breather pipe identification - AMK S3

Hi guys, can anyone identify the part number for the hose in this pic. It's the kinked mo fo that goes from the circular breather pot to the TIP.

I need to either replace it with a new OEM or a decent silicone aftermarket item

has anyone done this and can recommend a replacement?

It would seem due to the TIP that I will need a 45deg bend
