OEM RS6 and S6 front grill... interchangable?

Are the OEM front grills on the new S6 and RS6 interchangeable without modification? Can I go and purchase a new RS6 grill from Audi and fit onto my S6 without modification?

If it's a face-lift it'll only fit a face-lift car... Same with pre face-lift it'll only fit a pre face-lift car.
