Facelift OEM Audi Beam - wide or narrow plug?

I'm thinking of buying the OEM beam lights because I'm not happy with the ones I currently have (cheap eBay china ones). However there are 2 part numbers for these:

4G0052130A - for vehicles with wide plug
4G0052133A - for vehicles with narrow plug

Now I would believe I need the narrow plug version because my original puddle lights look like this:



Can someone confirm?

My lights are the same as your image and I have the 133 beams.

Hmmm....both those part numbers are no longer available in North America and one was showing up to model year 2017.....product recall for water issues?

Think it's now revision G released in Jan this year ?? - I strongly suspect due to water ingress as I'm now on my second set which are projecting bubbles so keen to know how they've been improved before buying any more.
