Occasional dsg clunk

I've been having intermittent clunks during gear changes and have narrowed it down to only happening when I'm off throttle.

If I'm on the accelerator it will change extremely smooth.

If I accelerate then let off it wil clunk into the next gear up.

Does anyone else have the same, I'm hoping it's a mount issue rather than the gearbox itself.

What does the sensor calibration do?

Lol, love that, wonder if it would help with mine in anyway...

Did you do any calibration driving afterwards? Has it improved downshifts?

Yes, did some manual shifting at part throttle and then some wot blasts. It has significantly improved 1-3 shifts both up and down.

Reversing uphill from a standstill is very snatchy but I'm hoping it will adapt.

Just found this on another site, might be of help in explaining why the distance sensor calibration didn't work. Might give it a go on mine, though it's pretty smooth as it is, but I think it pays to keep stuff like this calibrated regularly.
