My son bought a '00 TT Quattro a couple months ago. After driving it for a couple months, we noticed the passenger side axle was sheered off at the nut. We changed the axle and within two days it did it again. Bought a different brand and again in 1 day, same issue.
This has alms edition 18" wheels and coil over shocks and it is lowered but its been that way for over two years.
The person he bought it from is good friends of his and had not had any issues. Any thoughts why he keep sheering off the ends of the axles?
