i've seen Jason Allen running these bulbs which looks pretty sweet, any idea what they are?

I have some pretty bright led's in mine I got from eBay... I've had them a while now, but will have a look for the link & post back.

Edit: Believe it or not, these are one of the few items that no longer has an eBay number next to the feedback comment - which means they're no longer listed as the same item! But... the seller name is still there and I'm almost certain it was These. If you do decide to take the plunge, don't forget they're polarity sensitive and need to be rotated correctly. Try not to bend the prongs out of line or you'll lose contact (easily done). Fit one, then test! if you get an error you need to switch the ignition off, lock the car, turn them around the other way & test again after at least 30 seconds.

Oh.. and good luck with the sh**e screws in the housings.

Speak to T8ups and get some A5 LED ones. Work a treat and are error free.
