Number plate bulbs

how do you get the number plate bulbs out to change them? I looked through the manual and i acnt find it in the manual. any help would be appreached.

the screw has been rung is there any other way of getting them off

Ahh... You didn't say that!

Take the trim off the inside of the tailgate (more of those dreaded screws again ) and then remove the whole handle/lights unit (obvious how to do it once you're in there) then drill the screws out of the lights while the whole handle is off the car.
