Number plate bulbs not working

Purchased some LED bulbs from T8UPS.
Went to fit them, took the bulb holders out and checked no corrosion/rust all fine. Made sure the prongs lined up to connectors in the car fine and that there was contact between the bulbs.

Turned them on and they did not work also got a number plate warning light on the dash. I only have VCDS lite and connected to the car not sure what module i need to go in to reset the light?

Replace the bulb and it goes off.

Did you put them in the right way? Try turning them around, see if they work then

Make sure the globes are not twisting around freely and that you have bent the connectors on both sides to the globe so they they're in tight and do not twist easily.

Yeah change them around it happen to be right pain in the *** just clear codes then start again
