Though you can make a data access request, that would only cover images of you not your car itself and to release images or data (reg numbers around your car) about a third party would require their consent. If the third party was suspected of criminal damage the police should take action. An unattended car in private car park is a civil matter.
Your best bet is to visit the car park regularly and if you can stay calm check out the light blue cars parked there. Just to get the reg and speak to the driver, not to seek revenge. Take pictures of any damage get it repaired and take the bill with you. If you find then faced with a known cost you may get a result.
