What a awesome thread you have here! :nogarors4:
Your car will definitely be able to boost decent with the supported mods you have lined up :racer::racer::racer:
At the end of the day it all depends on the tune, timing and the type of fuel you using etc

I see you bought supertech valves ? cant see if its exhaust side or inlet side
PLEASE make sure to get exhaust side as they are seriously weak if its exhaust side then awesome!
New oil pump recommended when doing build
make sure to do uprated engine mounts and dog bone mount
6 puk clutch upgrade will be perfect
if I see anything I can help out with I will

Also fuel pump needs to get changed a DW65v will be perfect https://www.performanceproducts.co....tschwerks-dw65v-fuel-pump-awd-split-tank.html
keeping an eye on this thread awesome stuff man:yahoo: your car is going to be strong when finished

Nice one thanks for the upgrade suggestions.

You're right that the valves are exhaust side. I also have replacement guides coming for them. I got a 044 in line fuel pump coming too.

The numbers on those revlinits pages are impressive.
I'm guessing the higher numbers are due to e85 which i wanna do with mine. Having Switchable maps Would be ideal too.

Something I don't know much about are clutches. What brand/models are 6puk?

Anyone know if these coolant flanges will fit?

Got someone saying that some model S3's may have an extra sensor slot for the piece on the top left?

Joined in on the headlights bixenon group buy and i am SO glad i did!
These things are quality and a half - i am now paranoid that i am blinding people i'm driving up to they are that bright and defined!

Here's a little how to guide of what i did to install them

Find a spot to park up
    P1310651.jpg

    P1310652.jpg

Little friend come out of hiding
    P1310654.jpg

remove top bumper rivets, coolant and battery covers
    P1310655.jpg

remove wheel arch screws and the two philips head screws in the middle centre of the bumper from underneath
    P1310656.jpg

bumper should now be able to get pulled off and sat on the ground
    P1310657.jpg

remove the two t30 torx screws on top and loosen up the "hidden" t30 by using a 1/4" ratchet and extensions.
them all headlight forward and release 3 electrical connections
    P1310658.jpg

    undo ballast mounting bracket screw
    P1310660.jpg

slide the bracket back and it will come out
    P1310662.jpg
    P1310663.jpg

new (top) stock (bottom) - start transferring over the H7 globe, parker lights, indicators bulbs and auto levelling sensor (i had a struggle with one of mine... it would not come off at all!!! LOL)
    P1310664.jpg P1310665.jpg

here you see the amazing work done to hold the new units in place
    P1310666.jpg

grab the back cover and thread the harness through from the inside. the grommet will seal off the headlight and you can pull through the wiring so it's not squashed inside)
    P1310667.jpg

focus your attention to the stock ballast. you need to bend the retaining slot down and push the unit out
    P1310668.jpg

    bracket all on it's own
    P1310669.jpg

this is what i did with the new ballasts - i guess you can just screw them straight into where the screw was using one of the mounting holes but i though to do it like this. When slot back in it is sandwiched in.
    P1310670.jpg P1310671.jpg

i almost forgot to transfer the bottom mounting screw
    P1310672.jpg

join up all the wiring! there's only one way these can go so there's no chance you can stuff it up. Fin to slot. I just made sure i routed the wiring behind the whole headlight and down through the gap in the wheel arch so no wires are pinched.
    P1310673.jpg

gave the car a bit of a wash!
    P1310674.jpg

some night time shots - these things are BRIGHT!!! i think i need to adjust them a little bit too - they seemed to point up but i don't know if that's the way that's meant to be? @t8ups please verify?
    P1310675.jpg P1310682.jpg P1310684.jpg P1310685.jpg P1310692.jpg

and some daytime shots - these photos don't do them justice! the reflections make it hard to capture them even when using a polariser. I'm 200% satisfied with these and can see SO SO SO much more at night! amazing!!! One of the best investments for sure!

So I know my adjusters are working...

    (Link to video coming)

However a poke around with VCDS shows my height sensors are out of range. Could this be why they're not working? Looking at block 002

Is this purely from the car being too low?
@t8ups have you dabbled in this?

There is a way to fully disable it through VCDS but I've not done that yet. I remember reading it somewhere though...

Saves you from having to push the ESP button each time you wanna have fun.

Yeah that's why I turned back pronto!!! They wouldn't have gotten far now the NLS is on.

Definitely faster because there's very little downtime between shifts now!!! It's that good.

NLS/LC work on the same principle and typically end in the same result... NLS is a little more violent due to the engines state at the time (full boost, high rpm) but both work on injecting fuel and igniting on the exhaust stroke resulting in the explosion happening outside the cylinder...

    Use with due caution dude...

Someone posted a picture of the inside of their MAF falling to pieces which Badger5 suggested was due to the pops and bangs - does it backfire all the way back through the inlet too?

Plausibly if the pressure from the combustion hasn't got out in time and catches the intake stroke as the inlet valves open..

I definitely not doing it alll the time due to most of the time I'm driving is in peak hour or the roads have too many parked cars to do anything fun in. Defo not LC/NLS st every traffic lights. Bahaha

Yes effectively his one is an APY. I was thinking about that should be an italian cheaper version only.

Does ESP button works aswell if you would although you coded i? And did you disable traction control only or ESP both?

The button does nothing as ESP is now off completely (ESP is traction control on an S3)...
