Welcome to the forum baggins that's a nice clean A5 you have best of luck with it!:)

Im in Carrickfergus mate. What sort of power gains did you get from your remap darren?

Mines only a 1.9 A3. Standard it rolling roaded at 120bhp, after Revo its now sitting at 150. Makes it such a nicer car to drive, power is smooth and give you a lot more torque throughout the revs and holds power right up to the redline.

Considering putting a resonated milltek onto it along with a egr delete so i can put the stage 2 software on it.

Just finished a substantial overhaul of my 1998 PFL B5 S4 Saloon.

Engine rebuild, 2 new turbo's, RS4 clutch kit, seals, belts, pumps, gaskets, chains, runners... and much more...

Just had a full respray, underseal and it even has its original registration from 1998 back on it.

About to put a mild tune on it - 330 BHP. Lovely old motor - now immaculate and getting rare in stock form.

Cheers bud. Actually its very quiet - one of the best sleepers you will come across I would say - its debadged so apart from the stance you would not really pick it out. 'If' I go for downpipes that might make things a little louder - but its as civilised as it is quick. One of the standout things is the interior - its freakishly tidy - the Car was garaged for 5-6 years so it is a knock out inside - I got really lucky in that regard.

Looks really clean inside mate, the previous owner must have taken great care of it. Looks like a really fine example. Any photos of the front?

How long do you have the car?

Will post a bunch of shots tomorrow yeah. I have it around 2 years or so now. The previous owner did his back skiing not long after he got it so it was garaged in Surrey and taken out for service and MOT - then put back - that went for 5 years or more and then he sold it. I spotted it and put a deposit on it. Their a rare old girl and a clean on is very hard to get - many are abused.

Well it looks the part mate so good job! They all take money but sure we don't mind when you see the finished results!:)

Digging out some of the photos of the work - this is the engine just before it went back in... for anyone that's interested - lol. This stuff is either interesting or it will bore you all to tears haha

Hey, Been a member a little while but been told to frequent more often by Shaun so will be making more of an effort. Always been a fan of Audis for as long as I can remember. I think it really started when my father bought a bright red Audi coupe in 1991. Always adored that car, so much so that I began hunting for one and found this identical example just over a year ago (albeit with a v6 engine). Have slowly been fiddling and restoring it to how it looks at the moment

Great to have a car that I can share and work on with my father. He admits its the one car he wish he never sold all those years ago.

Right enough sentimental.

I also possess a TT with far too many modifications to get into right now but here's a quick photo

Hi, thought its about time I got around to posting some details of my car. I bought it in October 2014 and the car had just turned 54000 miles and has a FSH (Audi, Performance 360 and JW Service Centre VAG Specialist). It had a load of paperwork including all the receipts, mots and tax discs. It is a totally different driving experience to my old R32. The power and grip definately put a smile on your face.

The car has a great spec which includes the panoramic glass roof, black and cream full leather heated seats, Xenon headlights with LED running lights, DVD Sat Nav, flat bottom multi-function steering wheel, BOSE sound upgrade, black edition, interior lighting pack including puddle lights etc, it came with a cat back non-resonated Miltek exhaust however I felt the sound didn't suit the car so added a resonated centre section and a Revo stage 1 remap.

I have a Revo intake ordered and after that I will be looking at suspension and possibly changing the wheels. I am around the Causeway Coast area so fell free to say hello if you see me about. Some of the pictures were taken by the previous owner.

Been ages since my last post - missed the meet due to a mates birthday party - so I would have been in no fit state regardless.

Last few touch ups on the body work and decided to rebadge her... sure why not.

With the engine out last year I was able to clean up the whole bay included a re-spray of the chassis legs - also replaced an engine mounting which was badgered.

Did a 400 mile round trip up to Donegal and across up to Portrush where I have never seen as many Bora's in my life :)

i'm a bit of a retrofit nerd, most of you have probably seen most of this scattered over rms but here it is in one place.

Interior:
cruise control, S3 aluminum pedals, auto dimming rear view mirror, FBMFSW, MK2 RNS-e, Audi bluetooth, Audi Q3 climate control unit, ashtray delete, Audi music interface, footwell lights (front & rear), puddle lights & active door warning light, front & rear ambient lights, chrome tipped window switches, TPMS enabled (button installed), S-line gearknob, LED interior lights, ZF aerial upgrade (RNS-e), TT airvents.

Exterior: S-line front bumper with black edition grill, PDC front & rear (OPS 7X2), headlight washer system, LED DRL Bi-Xenon headlights, Witter detachable towbar (inc. dedicated electrics), OEM LED number plate lights, Q5 rear wiper arm & aero blade, H&R 35mm lowering springs (20mm lower than standard).

Engine: Revo stage 1 remap, Audi R8 oil & coolant caps.

hopefully more engine and brake mods to come during the summer!

currently in transit is a s-line rear diffuser, ordered from germany as no-one over here sells the one i need for the detatchable towbar.

@NickR85 selling those 18s yet?! :p

Not exactly new to the forum, its just been a few years since I posted. Met a few of you guys at the meet on Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'll get a few pics of the RS4 up once I get a few decent ones taken.
