Recently I replaced the heater blower motor due it to packing up.
Now with the new one installed I can hear it catching on the plastic surround up inside the dash.
The old one didn't, so I examined both together to see if there's a difference which there isnt apart from tiny little metal clips attached to the fan blades. Weights for balancing I'm thinking? Set to each different dash from factory?
I wander if there is a away to remove the fan blades from the old unit?
Any input would be great, audi want £143 per hour inspection
