Hi, I've got a new S5, only had it 2 weeks but it is making a noticeable droning noise at all speeds. Having not had it long I can't honestly remember if the noise is new but as it's quite annoying I'm sure I would have noticed if from the start!
I have also noticed a clunk from the rear (drivers right I think) at low speeds and is particularly noticeable over kerbs etc. It's hard to tell if this clunk/rattle is creating the droning noise when the speed increases but as it is a brand new car I am struggling to see how a suspension part or bearing could possibly be at fault.
Has anyone experienced this on a new car? Is there a droning from the tyres (continentals) normally? Otherwise it's off to the dealers
