Noise help please.

Hi all. I have a 11 plate 1.6tdi with 116k on the clock. The dpf and coil lights are on and there’s a strange noise coming from somewhere, I have a video of it but don’t know how to upload it on here , it dosnt get any louder or faster when I rev the car, it’s like a tapping sound, almost like there’s something on the aux belt going round. . Someone said it could be the turbo actuator or egr fault , Any help would be gratefully received Thanks
