Noise coming from Gearbox ????

Hi All
Ive got a new problem this time

Its a Audi A3 2.0 TDI S Line BKD With DSG 2005

The dual mass flywheel has just been replaced and the problem still occurs with the scrapping sound. but the juddering noise has been eliminated when it was in neutral

When im driving when i floor it in first to second or second to third gear it sometimes judders like its wheel spinning but its not. also when im down the motorway it makes a scrapping noise at certain speeds ? its only started doing this since ive had the head changed though.

Im probably gonna get it booked in for a DSG oil and filter change and see what happens.

So if anyone could give me any advise that would be great

Was the clutch replaced as well as the DMF?

no it wasn't as the clutch is inside the gearbox and for the update the oil and filter has seemed to sort the problem.

good to hear that you have sorted this , mine sounds exactly the same as yours . i will have to get a flywheel, oil and a filter .
did yours also seem a little jerky going from 3rd to 2nd gear ?

I have a similar issue with my 06 2.0tdi DSG, when it up shifts 2-3 and 3-4 there is slight judder just before the shift happens, usually at between 3800 and 4000 rpm, if I understand these posts it seems to be fixed by oil and filter change as well as dual mass flywheel? How much is this?
