Noise after full throttle accelerating?

so someone decided to drive 13Mph in a clear 30 zone and after trying to be patient I over took them, I was in s tronic mode in comfort in my 2013 1.8 tfsi, I was doing about 12mph then floored it. A few seconds later when I got steady at mph I heard a sort of tapping noise coming from the engine. About 5 minutes later I got to my destination and pulled up, popped the hood while it was still running. When idle I could hear a tap every now and then from the location of the video. I'm sure I haven't heard it before and I'm worried I've done something to it. I don't have any engine modifications other than a DTUK pedal box set to sport -1. The car had been running about 20 minutes before this incident so the engine had heated up okay, I don't know much about car engines so Any ideas what I could have potentionaly done? The video probably didn't pick much up but it just sounds different to what I'm used to it sounding like, a check at Audi the best bet? Any help appreciated!

Does sound a little ruff but from a video like that it's hard to tell. They are noisey engines after all. Check your oil level is ok? If your still unsure drop it into your local dealer/specialist for a check up

That's what I thought also, yeah the oil is fine it was serviced by Audi last month, thanks il see how it goes

I have a rs3 and they are bit of a tapping engine as long as it's not too loud

There is no noise when driving Now but this is the noise on start up and a second noise after I switch it of.. it sounds horrible!!!
