No Sound!

So I got in the car tonight to drive home from work and there is no sound from the speakers via the Radio, Media etc. Tried the obvious settings, turning up volume etc but nothing, not even voice instructions from the Sat Nav.

it was working fine this morning. Could I have done something stupid and muted it somehow, or could it be a fault? If so, has anyone had the same? I've had the car nearly 2 years and it's never happened before.

Car has *** if it makes a difference, and the only thing that still made a sound were the parking sensors.

You can try re-setting the MMI if the problem persists.

Have you pressed the volume control button which mutes the sound? I did this when I got my car.

Should also confess I could not get the radio on at first.

Mine has done this a few times, the first time it reset itself, the second time I had to do it manually using the MMI buttons.

Thanks for the replies - I did check the volume control button mute

Started it up this morning and all fine again, will keep an eye (or ear) on it and look at the MMI reset if it happens again.
