No Heater blower

HI,

So currently i have no heater blower.
Controls all work fine, vcds reports 00256 Lower limit exceeded, but i guess this just means its out of air con gas.

Before i Strip out glove box and front tray, Will/should the resistor or motor throw a code ?
any way to check with VCDS ?
i've performed output tests (all ok bar motor operation) and checked fuses.
i guess next step will be multi meter and see what is or is not getting 12v.

Motors do go, probably this & ebay has loads, just match or superseded part number.

If you do a flap alignment with basic settings or the like, does it complete successfully?

hi, yes using vcds all flap related items work.
oddly i went over a bump and its started working and is still.
will be checking wiring and dirty connections.

Maybe it had a minor jam, debris in the fan, I had a silly noise on startup, really annoying tinny noise, so I got a new motor anyway, removed mone, was a stupid whispering leaf lol.

yeah its very odd, motor is cheap enough if it does go.
While it works i will leave it alone.
