Q7 No contact names on Q7/iPhone 6

Hi

Does anyone know why I am not getting the contact names on the mmi. I just get tel numbers which makes it very difficult to make a call. I end up looking at my phone for the name and calling from it then speaking through the hands free.

See if it's selected in Bluetooth
On iphone go to setting - Bluetooth - select the info (i) Audi UHV see if sync contacts is selected

Yeh thanks I've checked that. It is ticked and sync is on. Baffled

It did it with iPhone 5 and now with the 6.
