This is intended to be factual rather than political. Before Brexit was discussed in 2014 the U.K. £ was trading at €1.40. Today it is at € 1.10. The Euro is being billed as a strong currency going forward by pundits. so... we face nearly 30% devaluation of the exchange rate and potentially a hard Brexit when import duties of 10% plus are likely. For whatever reason this is where are Government are taking us on the basis of a corrupted ( says High Court Judge) referendum in 2016. Not daring to express an opinion just answering the question.
