Newbie.. A3 2.0 tdi 140bhp remap advice

Hi guys..

New here so just looking for some standard advice.

Just bought an A3 2.0tdi 140bhp. Wanting to remap it. Can any point me in the right direction on how far I can go on stock engine. Don't want to be blowing up my turbo and burning out my clutch.
