Mate the wheels look great and go with the colour so well! Car looks tight!!! MTM alloys mean business! Has it effected the ride quailty at all going to 19"? I think you should of left the rings on, looks like some thing missing but each to there own Great looking car and in a wkd colour aswell! Do you have any photos of the front of the car? Thanks
oh and im waiting for spacers to come before driving the car as the front tyre is touching the shock lol
Well jealous Jim, I love bimoto's... you got yours mapped yet? I will be getting mine done at Bill's once I get my BT in <tuffty/>
Thanks for the photo car looks great from the front aswell. Ahh badge should look really nice once painted graphtie grey!!! Spacer's will finish it off nicely... Post some photo's up once down:icon_thumright:
Looks the nuts mate! Love the mtm's, there is a black rs4 in my town that wears 19" silver mtm's and it looks awesome. What's the rear wiper off of mate? Liking that a lot, looks a lot more modern.
Not mapped yet but drive it about on weekends but have turned boost down and watch the wideband gauge to make sure it don't run rich or lean seems quits good
That S3 looks decent. I have no experience but that MUST ride very solid with those tyres and barely any suspension travel... so what you are saying by running them is that you would prefer to look good rather than be comfortable?!?! But the car is yellow so you obviously aren't bothered about looks... I jest I jest ;-) The intercooler and piping on show is awesome, as is the splitter. Very nice car!! J
Spacers are now on went for 15mm rear and 6mm front will get some pics up later and it rides like on my standard wheels with no rubbing at all..
Looks really nice Jim. The jury was out on those wheels a while ago for me but they kind of grew on me, then I saw them on your car and it convinced me they look ******!! - The Dogs ****** that is, not *****! LOL Car's coming on nicely now mate, although it does look a bit TOO low
Love the wheels - black on lighter coloured cars look mint in my opinion (and yes, I am biased!! ) I'd go without the caps tbh - looks "meaner" - provided that wouldn't be detremental of course. Car does look a tad on the low side!! - being that low I'd be concerned about the sump plus with the lower grills missing, are you not worried about damaging your IC?
Jim i think the centre caps look good and go very well! Hmm MTM alloys, i do like them alot! Car looks really good with those spacers on, centre caps and the dice. The alloys stand out a bit more now due to the centre caps being yellow.
You're not driving it properly then! Those wheels and tyres, with spacers, will rub frequently when driven hard. Mine used to do it with higher suspension and only 10mm spacers. Heh, and little difference to your standard wheels? Not unless you have very straight, smooth roads down that way.
Cant drive it properly yet it's not mapped if it rubs I will higher it haven't changed the suspension settings from when it was on the 17s
