Hi guys (and ladies if there is any?)

Im selling my A3 as I need something bigger, so currently looking to get an A4 Avant S-Line TFSI quattro manual

Anything particular to lookout for outside of the normal TFSI stuff (Dv's PCV etc)? Mainly in regards to the torsen system. Is there any servicing that has to be done like with haldex on my a3?

One I'm looking at has 83k on clock 06' plate.

Edit: also whats the difference between special editions 220bhp and normal 200bhp's?

Ta

A4's don't have the haldex unit. At 83k. miles, the oil in the diffs and gearbox would be due a change. They are filled for life, yes but only the life of the warranty.
Check out the car as you would any other Audi.

Yea I know they don't have haldex. Just didn't know if the diff' we're on a service schedule or not. Cheers

well.. I bought it :)

Does need a few things tidying up but managed to get price down a fair bit.

Tinkering doesn't bother me at all :)

Seen you on Friday mate heading towards the Texaco garage at Beacon Road, spotted the plate - nice car!

You won't of recognized me, the company shitvic has gone!!

Haha bet your glad thats gone!

Yea so much nicer than my old a3, the RS4 wheels just make the difference

PCV valve is a common issue but easy to change and aftermarket only costs £30
