Sounds nice. how noticeable is the power difference, guessing its around an extra 100bhp+ if you didnt have you quattro mapped!.

Welcome to the S3 club :)
looking good...noggy blue mmmmm

I too upgraded from the quattro sport, car looks spot on mate.

Your S3 looks mint, a nice example with some good mods. Would you mind sharing how much you paid for it? No probs if you'd rather not.

I have the RS4 MkII alloys too, having had my S3 about 8 months, Im still undecided on them. Sometimes I think they look great, other times Id love to see some chunky Avus alloys in the arches!

Very nice car, what power and torque is it making?

Vetch long time no see mate, how's tricks?

Hey Dan, things are ticking over mate. Watch out for a new thread from later today, I'll pop you a PM too.

cheers fellas!

paid 7.5 for it, got full audi history part from last one which was a specialist and had cambelt and waterpump done, also had new clutch.

as for power, i was told 280bhp. i have the graphs from jabba here but it doesnt actually say bhp, anyone know what i should be looking for? like another wording etc?

cheers

Very nice car mate and a very desirable colour too :)

Very nice car there and the best colour. I would have thought atleast 300 bhp and about 310 - 330lbs ft. Do you know if you got a after market dp and sports cats or no cat lol.

Welcome... Congratz on the new car. You got yourself a very good looking S3 with some nice mods! I do like the Rs4 alloys on it aswell. Enjoy the car

cheers fellas

and no the exhaust is just cat back.

that was my next question if i get a 3" dp and sports cat will i need to get it remapped again to see about 300bhp? would i need any other mods?

cheers

A front mounted intercooler would keep your power there for longer

It will defo feel less restrictive. If your running a hybrid I would have assumed you would be making 300bhp already.

Theres a thread where someone has a stage 2 S3 and got similar figures to you on a standard KO4, have a read if you haven't already as I think your figures are a little low for a hybrid.

well i was told the car was 280bhp but as i said the graph i have from jabba doesnt actually say it ib bhp so dont quies understand it.

also if i got 3" dp and sportsa cat would i have to have a full remap again?

where do people reccomend gettin these from? cheers

I would have thought u would be running close to 300 bhp already if you go by what jabba claim. If you are thinking of fitting a 3" DP and cats and mapped to suit then you should be looking at about 320bhp and 340lb/ft i think. Would need consider upgrading internals at those figures though. Best bet would be to speak to JBS they would be able to map it for you too. Deffo need to get a FMIC on there pretty sharpish a hybrid ko4 is a little heat pump, hope this helps
