Stunning guys, but it looks exactly the same as it did in the thread "NEW RS3" started 16th February 13.

It sure looks GOOD now, as it did back then, but the differences sure are subtle!

Would I change mine for this new one? Hmmm...

Spot on S88 YRS, and for sure I'll be evaluating both the 8P and MQB platform RS3s in March 2014 (?) and will then make the choice (but the MQB RS3 had better be a whole lot better than the 8P!).

In the meantime Bluey (my 8P RS3 I5250 DSG) and me are doing just fine: the 8P RS3 'IS' a superb piece of all weather road going machinery!

And RS3s just love the roads and weather in Aberdeenshire, stunning!

Not a massive fan of the A3 8V but really liking that RS, probably out of my price range though.

Still likely to have the 2.5l 5 cyl I guess?

Latests model of any car doesn't automatically make it better than the previous model.
never said it was better mate, only said it was a differant model

But you DO like them S88 YRS, I can tell.

I'd like to think you have an RS3, or at least planning on getting one, as it's just a brilliant piece of machinery, and those that have them already are very, very fortunate!

Is it "Wine" O'Clock yet John?

Is that Image not and Artists impression that been doing the rounds for awhile?

I wasn't implying that YOU said it was better,i was just stating a fact that "Latest model of any car doesn't automatically make it better than the previous model".

Ay ... those photoshop photos have been around since 2012 ... even a saloon :faint:

Audi RS3 due in 2014 - What Car?

Rumor has it that the next generation of the Audi RS3 will get the 2.5 liter turbocharged engine under its hood with the five cylinders and 340 HP (250 kW) and 450 Nm of torque (332 lb-ft), but it remains unclear for the moment whether the unit will get some extra power. One thing is for sure though, thanks to the use of the MQB platform, the new RS3 will be lighter than its predecessor and this will help improve both the acceleration and the handling.

The new Audi RS3 will also get an aggressive body kit, the Quattro all-wheel drive and high performance braking system. More details on the model will be announced close to its launch, which has been set for early 2014.

The chief of Audi's Quattro division, Stephan Reil, revealed that the next RS3 will be launched barely more than a year after the S3, which was unveiled at the Paris motor show last month.

As with all of Audi's RS models, the new RS3 will be four-wheel drive, and will almost certainly be powered by the same 335bhp five-cylinder turbocharged engine as the previous model. 'Let's 'Let's just say you will be seeing more of the five-cylinder engine,' said Reil.

an RS3 is what I'm aiming to get for my next car. Current or future model. Such an impressive machine like you say. Not to mention it is by far the best looking hot hatch IMO
