Blimey by the time you guys get your RS's the next model will be out !!

There will be a MY19 I’ve seen some info on another site regarding it.
 
I can't see there being a new model RS3 till at least 2020/21.
New A3 supposed to be out end of this year....probably beginning of 2019.
New S3 possibly end of 2019.
Hearing rumours the new A3 sportback is going to resemble the A5 and A7 i.e more a liftback than a hatchback.
It's all speculation.......
 
Audi told me there will be a new a3 mid 2019 and a new rs3 in 2020 and all models should have the 48v mild hybrid system and 420-430ps on the next rs3

It was also said sonoma green is a current rs colour so expect that to be available on the new rs3

I’m sure they will lose weight elsewhere to compensate, it was someone at Audi uk as I’ve been speaking to the press office regarding YouTube

I'll eat my hat if Audi release an RS version 1yr after the new model A3 is released in 2019. More likely the S first, then an RS in 2 to 3yrs after new model is released i.e 2020/21.
Previous RS3 was out after 3yrs in 2015 from first A3 8v released in 2012.
The 8p was even worse it took Audi 8yrs from 2003 to 2011 to release the 8p RS3.

Of course I could be wrong....you gonna have to wait and wait and wait, that's an Audi speciality !

RS3's to continue being delivered during 2018. Nothing in 2019 and then new one mid 2020 would be my guess.

That’s just what I was told! Expect new a3 second half of 2019 (which will be my20) so current rs3 deliveries until March 2019 with a rs3 announced September 2019 with deliveries expected between March/September 2020 (my21) they’ve already announced the new golf R for 2019 to have 350hp with the 48v hybrid system and this is the same drivetrain as the s3

They said that Audi would be adopting 48v across all their a3 variants including rs3 emissions and mpg driven with savings of 20% expected I asked if cars would adopt the 8spd auto and was told don’t know but doubtful, whether all that’s true or not I don’t know she seemed pretty clued up!

I was told new A3 2019, S3 2020 RS3 2021.

That’s great new . Nothing yet, emailed the dealer but said that he will let me know once it arrives in the UK. It’s taking forever to arrive and I’m checking the progress and no update but I’m hoping it will be here this week, as mine left the factory last week.

Will keep you updated.

Mine took two weeks from leaving the factory to being on the boat :cry:

Landed in the UK on the 16th and will arrive at the dealers this Wednesday for pick up Saturday. Just over a month in total to get from the Factory to delivery. Took 12 days to get from the UK port to the UK dealer! Haha.

My Car has now been at the ‘your Audi has left Ingolstadt’ since around the 14th March.

Is this normal?

I think it may just depend on where you are getting the car ordered to but I would speak to Audi customer service or your Dealer.

Thanks for the help but still no joy ,even tried various browsers , will give it another go later on
 
Have you got a date yet? Mine went to stage 30 0n the 25th of March and still hasn’t left Emden port:sign unfair:

Still no email/call from the dealer regarding the date but I’ll give him a call tomorrow. This stage is the worst I think. :disappointed:
 
Just spoke to Audi customer service and they have confirmed that there has been a transport order raised, they said that the car will be at my dealership by mid next week. :rockwoot:The car is currently at the Grimsby port.
